There are a lot of hypotheticals in the culture fit interview - would be better to ask questions from experience.

Entrevista
Unique process with unique attitude. The recruiter never gave clear guide on interview process. Some interviewers were professional and knowledgable. Others were distracted and kept interrupting with their poor audio connection. One of the interviewers didn't prepare for the scale challenge. When I asked for clarified questions for different use cases, he didn't understand and didn't answer any details. The only answer I got was there will be GET and POST APIs. When I explained my solutions, he turned around and did something unrelated and then came back with "I didn't hear you, can you repeat the answer?" The entire process was lack of respect to interviewer and it's a waste of time

Cultural questions, scale challenge, coding and api data model design. Not typical sde interviews format. Not worth the time to prepare or take the interview given their attitude

Passed and went to onsite
Leetcode question in 1 hour. Coded it up in 20 minutes. Passed that
1 hour Relational DB Design question. Setting up tables / API routes for a food app like Uber Eats
2 hours of culture / behavioral rounds
