Entrevista
The interview process included HR Screen, Technical Screen, and then a Leadership Interview. It was an easier process but I was really unprepared for a Technical Screen as I was expecting the usual HM Interview Round to go over my work history/learn more about the role. The HR person really was enthusiastic about a week turnaround time which made me feel rushed. And the technical round is done in the language of their choosing...

The process was quick, but lacked organization. It felt like they made it up as they went. They took a long time to make a decision and It felt like it was not based on things in my control.
