At first it was a GD round followed by a PI . The interviewer was friendly yet professional. They shortlisted me out of 700 students and asked me to come for the next round. I appeared for the next round . It was personal interview .They selected 2 students and called rest of the students to their Jaro office in Chennai for a Skype interview. The Jaro office was small , the management were pathetic , the internet connectivity for Skype interview was poor . In the Skype interview there was one girl from Mumbai . For some students the interview was fine , for some the interviewers didn't even pay attention to what the candidates were speaking. Then out of those shortlisted students they further called for a Skype interview . As usual they asked the same questions again and again like why sales , why not engineering ,etc . They said they will provide the results in 2 days and after that they can call for next round of interview. I waited for the results for 1 month . But no response ! This is their management ! The office will be just tiny rooms in a building . No cafeteria , nothing ! My efforts were a joke as I didn't get the results !
