I flew in from out of state to be interviewed for a teaching position at Jasper County High School. Although I had a scheduled interview, when I arrived at the school, it seemed as though nobody knew that I was coming. When the principal was located, we went to his office where he at first could not find my resume. He left to look for someone else to conduct the interview, who found the resume on a stack on his desk and then did her best to conduct an interview that was sprung on her. The principal did not want to be involved and the interviewer seemed uncertain as to which positions were available.
