Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Jay Wolfe Automotive Group (Kansas City, KS) em dez. de 2015
Entrevista
Interviewed by Service Manager and District Manager. Both of them took time to describe the posiition itself, as well as it fit into their own positions. I really felt like my interview went very well. The National team was to arrive two weeks later to choose the final candidates, who were then to be tested. I was informed that the final decision would be made in about 30 days, but that I would hear from him either way.
I did eventually receive an automated message that the position had been filled.

You fill out an application online, then go to the store and fill out another application. You'll either interview with the General Sales manager that day or he will call you in the next day. After your interview with him (depending on if he liked you or not) you'll get an interview with the BDC Manager and they will ask you more questions about the actual position. After that you'll do a background check and a drug test. If you've passed then you'll be called back in, meet with the General Sales manager (who is a great GM to work for) and the other sales managers.

Standard interview process. Multiple interviews, all with GM or department heads. Nothing out of the ordinary worth mentioning. The process took 2.5 weeks total, included background check, referral checks, and recommendations. I applied online, was emailed in return, then scheduled the first interview in person. After that, it took 72 hours to hear back, which scheduled the next interview. After that, another 72 hours or so passed by before scheduling the next interview.
