Interviewer BEWARE! The hiring process between commercial operations group and the HR department was awful and misleading. I got offered the role verbally over the phone, got salary info, bonus info, and stock options info etc. Few days later they told me they had to interview an internal candidate for "formalities" but that they wanted to go with me. I rejected another offer to go with them but they kept dangling me for another month and then finally rejected. A company should never verbally extend an offer unless they are 100% certain. I invested a lot of hours and commitment to this process and they did not reciprocate it. Ill totally own that I should never base decisions on verbal info but I just want to make other folks know that this company is irresponsible with their recruitment process. Good luck and be cautious.
