After reading the Glassdoor reviews, I have to agree with previous applicants. Owner sent initial email @ 3:16 a.m. (suspicious). I sent email saying that I could not interview at a certain time, but owner sends email for that exact time that I wasn't available-I had to send a reminder for rescheduling. At the appointed time for the interview, I had to send email asking if he had forgotten about our appointment. Owner calls 20 minutes later, was unavailable and didn't apologize for being late. Went on this long diatribe about how great the company is, never even asked me about my experience/resume. Asked for 3 references that I emailed promptly after the interview. That was 3 weeks ago-he told me he had an urgent need to fill the position and I would be hearing early the following week. Well, no response to date...speaks volumes about how the company would treat a potential employee. Should he contact me (doubtful), I intend to tell him I am not interested in working for a firm that watches their employees on cameras and other borderline unlawful employee abuse. Apparently, no work life balance or regard for treatment of/respect for employees. Appears that ownership team does not care about or have any respect for their employees. They should realize that content, satisfied, fairly & properly compensated employees are the backbone of any company and ultimately translate to a positive bottom line and owner equity.

What interview process? I was contacted on a Friday by the owner Chris Lorio. Said he would like to speak with me right away regarding the position. A time to speak was set up on Sunday. He called me 45 minutes late with no apology. Spoke with him briefly and then he asked me to provide references. All my references were called and provided me with a glowing review. Never heard back from this guy. Even if he wasn't interested for whatever reason he could have let me know. In my opinion I dodged a bullet. First clue was when he didn't apologize for calling me late. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
