No hirevue, first round with an associate, 30 minutes long, basic behavioral and technical questions, after that a super day with 3 people back to back 30 minutes each. Easy, basic a lot of fit questions and need to know macro trends.

Smooth, kind, technical
People interviewing me were generally kind, wanted to really know who I am and at the same time wanted to know if I was really interested in equity

Entrevista
Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
