Entrevista
The process was very similar to most investment banks. Initial phone interview with your basic behavioral questions, followed by a second round on the phone involving more technical questions. The final round was a super day where you met with two employees at a time across multiple sessions. Challenging technical questions were asked as well as your standard behavioral questions.

Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
