Gave 2 interviews in a gap of 1 year and both times they asked me to complete an assignment and after I submitted the assignments, they ghosted. Didnt even care to reply to any follow up mails, let alone give any feedback.

First call with HR manager. After a 15 min call checking basic knowledge and manager skills she told me she will be in touch after sending my CV to the team lead. After one week I emailed them and she immediately replied that will have feedback on the day. They have been always very available anytime and responding quick.
