Initially had a phone interview with a recruiter who hires for the company . Afterwards, I was invited to a second interview with the service manager. he put a paper and a pen in front of me and asked me to “write a sentence in english” thinking i am illiterate which made the whole experience awkward and terrible . Third stage interview was with the General manager who pretty much made up his mind without giving a valid reason on why i shouldnt be hired especially having followed up by email but no avail. Overall a waste of time
