Thanks for the feedback. The work we do here is challenging and stressful. Flexibility, quick thinking, and a sense of humor are important tools for coping with the difficulty of the work. Jenda no longer uses the "ping pong ball" question but found it helpful to gauge those characteristics of good humor, flexibility, and the ability to think on your feet.
