Entrevista
it was an intense interview process. In fact I sat for an examination that had practical and theory questions. The questions were skill based. The questions were directed towards my understanding of the technical aspects of the job. This was specifically targeted at my skills in the area of web development and programming. It was however also coupled with a formal interview.
