I did an interview that went well and was asked to take a personality assessment that took me about half an hour. However, they ghosted me after I submitted the results. This was a bit to ask for given it would've been 5-10 hours a week. I was going to refuse doing the test for that reason, but took a chance. Very rude to not tell me I didn't get it.
