Entrevista
Panel of three interviewers and they took turns asking the basic HR type questions. Two supervisors and one peer. They asked about 5 HR type questions the STAR interview type questions like describe a time when you.....then the other half of the interview they had me review Jeppesen charts and asked questions from the charts.

Entrevista
Phone interview (standard questions about your experience, education, interests etc) , the next step is the assesment center (team exercises, aviation and geography test) and the interview with management. I got the answer after 3 weeks.

They wrote me e-mail and scheduled on-site interview to 2 weeks later but because I was not in the US that time they agreed interview me via webex. On the day of interview they came 30 minutes later than we agreed on. The interview was very easy though I was a little bit stressed out. They told me that they will inform me about the outcome of the interview 2 weeks later though I didn't hear from them until I wrote them e-mail asking about the status of my job application. The day after a guy from Jeppesen called me and said they want to hire me, asked about the work status in US I told them I am a permanent resident and then asked me if I acknowledge that Jeppesen does not cover relocation costs, I said I am aware of that. Then he said that the potential date of my employment is XX which was OK for me. Then the guy on phone told me he will contact me as soon as he makes some logistical arrangements. I waited about two weeks then wrote them again and they said they are waiting for final approval. I didn't call them after since it was a mess. Imagine what a mess happens in company if the simple recruitment process turns out to be a nightmare for an applicant.
