I would highly recommend saving your time when it comes to this company. I made the mistake of reading the reviews below and thinking, "it can't be that bad", but every single review below was exactly on point with what you can expect out of the experience. As a recruiter myself, I can tell you that the interviewing team has no idea what they are doing or how to find top talent. They will have you go through 5+ rounds of interviews and completely waste your time, all to give you feedback that should have been clear for the company to determine in the first rounds of interviews. While the interview team was kind, they are all extremely pretentious, and not afraid to show it.

Round 2: Interview with Recruiter Round 3: Case Study - Role Play Round 4: Interview with Product Manager Round 5: 20 minute final round with consultant or CEO

Jerry has a very structural interview process, which involves multiple rounds, with completely different aims in each round. Jerry highly emphasizes culture fit. Only the top talents could pass the interviews.
