Bizarre interview process. Had a call with a recruiter, then had to do a personality test and a math/logic test similar to what middle school students take for standardized testing. Next step was a take home assignment where I had to critique a marketing email. Nothing I was evaluated on was related to the job. Personality tests are also proven to be poor at predicting workplace success, which goes to show how out-of-touch Jerry is with modern psychology and best interviewing practices.
