One phone interview with a program manager that lasted over an hour and then one interview with an agency that also lasted over an hour. The interview with the program manager involved a lot of questions about why I wanted to do this kind of work.

Entrevista
The interview process focuses on mutual discernment. My interviewer didn't ask me anything related to my career goals. They focused on how you can live out the four values of JVC NW. It seemed like they were trying to screen out people who hadn't put much thought into why they were doing a year of service.
