I had an interview with the HR and the department manager that lasted 12 min. in total. Although, I felt that the interview went very well, they didn’t seem to be interested to get to know me and my current job better. I had the feeling all along the interview that they already had someone for the position. At the end of the interview the HR manager told that I will be contacted very shortly. 2 week after the interview still without any news, I had to insist to get an answer. The company insists on high end customer service, but honestly I did not get the impression that this is more than just a corporate slogan.
