Two Phone screening, case study and on-site interview with team. 5 back to back interviews with team members. Questions were mostly based on experience and few business cases to solve. Recruiter was very kind and responsive.

After a screening call with hiring manager and the recruiter, I was told that I'll move forward to on-site interview where I'm expected to present my approach about an assignment that will be given. I put good amount of time for the assignment and on the day of on-site interview, I presented it for the first session. The interviewers were engaged and they asked a lot of questions about the methodology and approach. I was told that I will have 4 sessions of interviews but before the last one, the recruiter asked if I have additional 30min at the end of the day as they want me to talk to one another person from the team. I said yes, so I also talked with the head of the team at the end as well. After that day, I followed up with recruiter and I was told when the team will make final decision about the role but I was being considered for another role as well. I should be honest, till that point it was the most transparent interview process I ever had, where I was being informed about every phase. After a week, I got an email from hiring manager that my experience was not sufficient for one of the roles but the team was overall impressed with my performance so they want to consider me and extend an offer for the other position they are expecting budget for. I responded by saying I want to stay in the loop and will be interested in hearing. Well, it all kinda went down from there as they stopped responding. I followed up for 3 times over 3 months of period at the times that they were expecting more clarity but didn't get any response. I understand everything doesn't go as expected in the business plans but I'd expect Jet to be more communicative about this since their overall hiring process is designed to be candidate-friendly. The position is still open after 3 months anyway.
