Was contacted by a recruiter via email. Applied online. About a week later was contacted for a phone interview -- standard interview (describe your background, why JET, description of the position). They do ask your GPA right off the bat and are looking for candidates with GPA greater than a 3.4 so just be aware of that. I was sent a personality game assessment 2 days later. 2 days after that I was contacted by a JET HR person and was told they wanted to fly me out to Hoboken to interview in person. They paid for my flight from Los Angeles to NJ and paid for a 1-night's hotel stay. The in-person interview was segmented into 3 parts: behavioral, case study, technical. The other reviews detail exactly the questions I was asked (UX/UI Battery Review, Price War).
