I applied online, recruiting agent reached out to me, scheduled a call with the Product lead of the team I would be working on. He had one phone call with me and never got back in touch.

interview with recruiter, then hiring manager, then onsite with 3 or 4 interviews. Recruiter warned me that in person would be difficult, but I didn't find the questions to be difficult or technical. Had a great experience, but team ended up going with an internal hire for the role.
