I was hired on through a temp service, so there was no interview process. After you work with them for awhile then they would look to hire you on as a jet employee. Once i got there they were nice and super friendly.

Interviewed by a staffing agency. It was quick and easy. Jet gets lots of new employees through a staffing agency and then only hires the more competent people who are productive.
