I spoke with the studio leads several times regarding potential contract positions. When I was in town on a business trip for another contract job they made me a full time offer for after the previous contract expired. Before extending an offer I was interviewed by the Creative Director, the Lead Engineer, and the head Producer, and the Studio head. In addition to having the right skillset, they needed to make sure I'd be a good cultural fit.
