The first part of the process is applying online on the Jet2careers website where you fill in all your information, answer a series of questions and do 2 online assessments in English and Maths. After that, if you pass the online assessments, your information is suitable to the role you've applied for and you pass all the written requirements, they then invite you for a telephone interview via email in which they'll then ask you another series of questions such as: why Jet2.com? why are you interested in this job position? how do you feel about early morning/late night shifts? are your hours flexible? why would you be a good candidate for this job position? can you work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and in stressful situations? do you speak any extra languages? etc, etc. After the interview, they tell you immediately if you passed and if they're willing to proceed with your candidature. The final part of the process is attending the recruitment day, where you'll have to do either a group activity or a role play. I've been to 2 interviews and in the first one I went to, after the group activity they split us into two groups (a group of people who have passed and obtained an individual interview and a group of people that didn't pass and therefore, are going home). You wait about half an hour until someone comes out to tell you which group you're in. I was amongst the people that were successful in obtaining an interview but unfortunately, I later found out that I hadn't got the job. I then tried again a few months later and in the second interview I went to, they did an individual role play where we had to pretend to tell a passenger, who was running late for their flight, that they had to check in their hand luggage because it was overweight and pay for the excess kilograms. After that, we all directly went in for an individual interview. After all of that, you have to wait a couple of days to find out if you were successful and got the job (they would congratulate you via phone call) or if you were unsuccessful they would tell you via email.
