first part was online, it was an easy computer exam and english exam after that online live interview which was short 30 mins . one week later they called for results and they sent the offer details by email

mostly listening to their values and what the company stands for, which included a very good presentation. the only difficulty is if you are not used to standing up and speaking yourself. infront of about 20 people. Very informative
