After I submitted my application, I received an email to complete a questionnaire. (Which was agree/disagree type questions, then a few scenario questions) The following morning I received an email saying I was being moved on to the next process, which was a video interview. I read every single review on this site to help prepare for this video interview!!! (None of the questions I prepared for were asked) The questions were general customer service related questions, to be honest I can't even remember exactly what they asked. My advice, RESEARCH THIS COMPANY!!! Really get to know who they are, what they stand for and why YOU would be a great asset to the team! SO, the morning after I submitted my video interview I received an email inviting me to a Blue Review (Woohoo!!) The blue review is FUN!! You're going to be nervous, but trust me the nerves will subside once you're there. DRESS TO IMPRESS!!! Introduce yourself to everyone you can, talk to them, SMILE!! These people are potentially going to be your coworkers, and the talent team is always watching.... Always! Again I kind of blacked out and don't even remember my interview questions but I remember them being almost identical to the video interview! After you do your interview, you'll do a debrief with someone else. This is where you really lay it on the table as to why you're the right fit, why you're going to be the next inflight crew member. Give them reasons other than their core values, they don't wanna hear you live them on a day to day basis. OK, so after I left the blue review they said we would all hear back in 1-2 weeks. Blue review on a Thursday, the following Monday morning I received a call welcoming me to JetBlue! I hope this helps calm your nerves. Like I said, customer service questions, research the company, know something about them. SMILE AND HAVE FUN!!! Good luck and I look forward to working with y'all in the future!!!
