I applied online, interviewed over the phone, and had a Skype interview. It was such a pleasant and fun experience. It made me not even upset when I didn't even get the job! lol

What do you know about JetBlue? What do you like least about your job? What do you like the most about your job?
The team was friendly and professional. Standard interview questions and I answered using STAR method. I went through three rounds of interviews: HR, manager, team members. It's a cool place to be and everyone is generally friendly.
The process has three rounds of meeting people across the organization from recruiters, middle management, to department head. Over a period of a few months and held virtually via teams and phone
The interview process consisted of three back-to-back interviews in the office in LIC. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciated seeing the office even though I didn't get the job.
