first and foremost you will have to do a virtual interview before you get a 1 on 1 face to face, they will send you a link and you have to record your answer after they ask you a few questions. After that they will contact you within a week by email or phone to schedule your interview. Once you get there they will have you wait in the lobby depending on how busy the day is, mine was very busy so i waited like almost an hr due to high volume of candidates. While i waited to be called to go upstairs, JetBlue staffs would check on you to get to know you and give you any friendly advice before the interview , so anything you want to ask you better ask! And finally once you get called upstairs you will be interviewed in a large room full of other candidates which looked something like a classroom , since my day was very busy, i can say i was in a room with about 20 candidates EACH sitting with JetBlue interviewers and it was about close to 30 minutes.
