Hey y’all, hope this is helpful and Good Luck! I applied online on 9/7/21. (for LAX location) Took an assessment test immediately after the application and several days later was notified via email I had to attend a virtual group presentation (which lasted 30-45 mins) and immediately after the presentation would be a group interview via video on 9/13/21. I wore a tie button up, and vest. The group was 3 candidates including myself with 1 interviewer asking the same questions (5 or 6) to us in a different order. Consisted of behavioral questions where you have to answer in STAR format. Google it. After completing this interview, I realized I had an email requesting me to record answers on video for a self interview. Im assuming this was supposed to happen before the group interview. So this step was skipped because after I completed my group interview it stated my interview portion was complete. I then received an email (an hour after the group interview) telling me to provide my DOB and SSN. I updated this right away via the job portal. I followed up on 9/21 via email with the same person who sent me the presentation and interview invite and she sent me the background information, drug screen information and fingerprinting information and I completed all of this the following day on 9/22/21. At this point, HIRERIGHT is conducting your background check, verifying employment, education, and dates, and another company is checking your drug screen, and another company is running your live scan (fingerprints) and yes they test for weed even though its legal in California if it comes up in your screen you will be disqualified, don’t be stupid. My background check was completed this past Tuesday 10/05/21. They had some issues verifying jobs that I worked for that closed or went out of business (start ups). They do a 5year gap review and have to account for any 6 mos gaps within those of 5years (starting from the date of your application). Jet blue emailed yesterday saying they needed a copy of a 1099 form from last year. I emailed them this info. I checked online on portal it went from “hireright conducting your background check” to “in compliance phase” status as 10/7/21. Still no offer yet or class dates for the Orlando, Fl training. Pay is weekly, $22.67 hourly, position is benefited. I will keep you guys posted .

The first interview was online asking 5 questions and playing 3 games. There was no one on the other end it was just audio. Then I got an invitation for a 45 min in person interview.
