I think they have the people previous selected because they declared me out of competition without interview and they decided to pursue other candidates. Is the second time that I applied and they don't give me the opportunity to challenge with others. I think they have their own candidates by referred.

There are more completive candidates than you without interview
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
