They have you take a math assessment before anything else. That’s the gateway into getting an interview and learning more about the job duties. If you fail they ask you to leave and suggest you apply in 6 months. The assessment is basic math and word problems. The worst part about is that the questions are NOT multiple choice so if your professional skills does not entail any math skills you will not pass the test. I had no time to prepare and didn’t know what to expect to even review sample questions on the internet. Most of us were only given a 48 hour window from the time we were notified to come in and the date of the test. It was all such a waste of time. At least make the questions multiple choice. Give people a fair shot. Highly disappointed with the process.
