It began with a 10-minute screening, which they had to reschedule due to being tardy, then another two interviews. I went to the interview while home with covid, yet that wasn't enough.

I was referred internally and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later and had a high level phone call. The recruiter was pretty unresponsive and never called or answered during the times scheduled for our call. You can't be shy about calling and calling because that's the only way to get a hold of the recruiter. She was thankful I was on top of it because I doubt she would have taken initiative to call me. Our initial screening was very high level and the recruiter did not know much about the role. Throughout the process, I had to email the recruiter constantly (even to ask if the team had made a decision on the hire).

First round was all behavior and STAR questions. Be sure to know the JetBlue core values. Some of the behavior questions dated back to college (what was your favorite class in college) which was odd because I am 4 years out of college. I had a second round interview with the manager for the team and one other analyst. We had a relaxed conversation about my skill set and what they are looking for. They asked me to prepare thoughts on a current project, so we mostly went over that.
