Aug 11 2015 I applied. You then have to do a questionnaire. Aug 12 I was invited for the video Interview and completed the following day. Aug 24 I was invited to the F2F scheduled for SEPT 2 2015. Sept 7 is when I received the phone call welcoming me on board!!!! Training starts October 4
(please contact me if you will be in that group!)
Just as everyone stated here thus far! The day was long but very fun! The Inflight Members was so nice, seem to be genuine and wanted nothing but the best. All the candidates that I have talked to left out feeling really good about their whole experience and interviews. Again, everything that you've read here is absolutely accurate!
It could have been easily 100-150 people there. When you first arrive you are split in three groups. I was in A! :) You start with an introduction...LISTEN they tell you what they want to hear and what they do not. Make it original, try not to think about it or blurt out a bunch of facts or awards. A lot of people did that. OWN IT AND SELL YOURSELF. After the introduction I was approached by other candidates about how they liked my intro. Try not to rehearse to much. I go over major things I wanna say and just talk to the people as if you knew them (it worked for me). After intros there was a small break. We then were broken up into smaller groups for a group activity. LISTEN. Lunch was next and the interviews was after that! You have a debrief, Interviews and a PA section. I was the dead last candidate in the building (our group in general was last to be there). It was tons of fun.
Stand out, but don't overdue it. Some people were overly-humurous and talkative which came off as a show off. Fall back when needed and speak up when needed. Ask thoughtful questions. Most importantly, be the best you!

Name a time in which you had a disagreement with an employee or manager?
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
