Two interviews first is with the immediate manger, human resources and the department manager. Second interview is with the immediate manager and the director of the department. First interview immediate manager will ask you basic interview questions interchanging with the human resources. Once those questions are completed between both of them the manager will ask you specific job related questions. Second interview is almost the same as the first except the director is present.
