It was a big waste of time because they ended up hiring internally so I guess I was a number for a quota. Standard recruiter screening, then moved on to the hiring manager interview part. The job listing disappeared by the time my screening came, but the recruiter confirmed they are still hiring. The hiring manager asked me some standard questions but the entire environment seemed like he was never going to offer me a job. Also - weird - this job is mostly online, but you have to dress business casual for a Teams meeting (two red flags right there).
