After applying online, I received an invitation to a hiring event. I believe there were approx 60 people there and by end of the day there were 25. The day starts early and ends late if you make it through. In the beginning they tell you about the company and the role and they genuinely seemed to love the company. Then you have to stand up in front of the group and introduce yourself and speak about a time you exceeded customer expectations. After this, if they want you to stick around, they will call out your name and take you into another room. Then you have an activity and a one-on-one interview. The people that ran this interview, were passionate and very friendly. Although I was nervous, I really enjoyed the whole day.

filled out app on line, received email in 3 days...to go to phx for open interview in 12 days. I just have one questions....there were about 100 of us in this group and I am not sure what they were looking for, however, there was about 25 that were dressed very unprofessional, that should have not been sent through, but some of them were!! So wear whatever you feel like!!!
