Entrevista
1st phone screen with HR. 2nd phone interview with Engineering Manager the next day. 3rd in person interview after a two weeks. Full day process, got tour of the shop and facility to give better idea as what they exactly do (very cool) and then were interview with 4 other people separately, program management, principle engineer, and two other engineer. Finally wrapped up by talking with HR and go over benefits and concerns.

They ask about your interest, background, what you like to do, if you are hands on, skill sets, to make sure you are a great fit for what they do.

Entrevista
Three interviews that they dragged out over a month. They never answer their phone or returns calls. They really need to have better communication. Overall I felt like they had no clue what they wanted. I will say that they lived DOWN to the Glassdoor rating of 2.0.

Entrevista
Absolutely the worse interview process I ever was involved, took position but proved that my initial "gut feel" was correct...left as quickly as possible. Process was ruthless and manager during the process was derogatory throughout the interview process.
