Met with GC to discuss needs. Very collaborative interview. Company is in strong growth phase. Emphasized that currently in start up mode and new CEO has been recently appointed. Company has recently instituted a return to office policy which was difficult for some employees to abide by.

Got an email requesting days and times for an interview. I replied the same day. Didn’t hear anything for weeks. Then I got another email requesting the same. Again, I replied right away with times and dates I was available. Still nothing but crickets for weeks and weeks…today I got a blank email from them. WTH?
