This organization made me take hours out of my schedule to go through three rounds of interviews with them, only to not even have the courtesy to tell me whether or not I got the job. I followed up after not hearing back with the point of contact that was given to me, but they completely ignored me as well. Leaving candidates in a state of limbo after making them invest that much time and effort into a long interview process is unprofessional and unacceptable. It is hypocritical to expect extreme professionalism from candidates, while not holding the organization to the same standard. After my interview experience with this organization, I feel the obligation to urge others to not apply here.

If you make a prospective candidate take that much time to interview with you, you need to communicate with them and tell them whether or not they got the job. I even reached out to one of my points of contact with the company to follow up after my final interview, but they completely ignored me. It is hypocritical to expect extreme professionalism from candidates, but then not hold your own organization to the same standard.
