Entrevista
There are several rounds of interviews that takes place depending upon the availability of super busy officials. First round was with HR for screening wherein she informs about the interview with reporting manager. HR is rude at times and shall not even bother to ask your availability/convenience so if you are available then its fine or else you would need to do several follow-up calls to which no one responds well. Post, the second round happened with one of the Senior, wherein due to network issues at their end nobody joined and it was scheduled again on some other day randomly. The interview progressed third time again with lot of waiting for the interviewer to join the call. Anyways, post clearing this round, I was informed that there will be final round of interview with SMT and guess what, HR interviews with some basic questions like- why did you apply for this position? Your weakness, challenges, strengths, expectations and then she informs that the interview is preliminary and shall be held again. I informed that the organization intimated this as final round so she informed that officials are busy so when the call was just about to finish, randomly the SMT joins and starts pouring questions without having any interest to listen to responses. The interview seemed to be highly unprofessional and the interviewers seemed to be taking interviews in a hustle. The entire experience has been extremely bad and it's first time I have seen such a casual approach wherein right from the beginning, there's hardly any interest in listening to the candidate. The interview just seemed to be a formality to ghost candidates
