I handed in my application in person to the cashier and a couple days later I received a call from the manager wanting to schedule and interview for that day. The first interview was questions about availability and which position I was going for, went over dress code and some rules. After that interview he said it would probably be a couple days-2 weeks for me to hear about scheduling a second interview, once I got home I got a call that a second interview would be scheduled the next day as well as a menu test which is just remembering the sandwiches names in order and what goes on each one. Went in for the second interview with the same manager and took the test on paper then asked me a few actual questions like why I wanted to work there, why they should hire me over someone else, a time I received criticism and how I responded. After he went through the questions he had on his sheet he said he would grade my menu test and call if I had the job or not and a couple hours later I received a call to say that I was hired.

They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.
