Simple, sat at one of the tables in the store and was asked a few questions. Greatest strength/weakness, why I want to work there, the most basic ones. The interviewer was nice and professional and offered me the job on the spot.

They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
