Everything was very quick. I dropped off my application and got a call within a week; went in for an interview the next day. The Store Manager sat down with a generic interview form/template thing and asked really basic questions, nothing you needed to think about. I was asked what my previous employer would say about me if they were called, and then basically a restating of my application, previous experience, availability, and expected pay. I was hired on the spot, and started working the next day. I don't think my references or previous employers were ever called.

They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.
