I was recommended by a friend. I came in during slow hours, and met with the assistant manager. Manager asked a few questions about availability. He also asked about my past work and work ethic. I was given a schedule and paperwork to finish that day. I was given a hat and two shirts. He said I could start the next day.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
