I interviewed with the General Manager of the store. She was extremely friendly and relatable. She made it feel like we were friends immediately and she made the entire process much less stressful for me. It was a quick and concise interview and I appreciated that she didn't want to waste my time.

They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
