interview was fine and brief. they just want to make sure you get it and they are hiring someone who can make a sandwich and retain the recipes and be sure to do it in a fast manner
so hard but i dont think my experience or lack of really helped me in the process. didn't know my condiments well at all either so that probably hurt me a little bit
Asked for my past experience in food service industry and my education background. Everything was pretty straight forward and it was a pleasant interview experience. The manager told me the starting pay and how I can advance, I also spoke with people that were there longer.
Very easy, Just simple questions, and was a very brief offer. Was offered a position on the spot. Just go in with an open mind, very negotiable with pay, and great staff.
