Casual interview at the office. The company really looks into the person's creative capacity and very open with graphic ideas and experiment. A comparably small group working for a fashion media so the workload is slightly heavy. Co-workers are super sweet. The position is majorly responsible for online editorial visuals and corresponding ones on social media.

Entrevista
It was a simple interview when the manager asked me about my background and ask me to send them a writing sample. After that I also talked to the person I will be working with through Skype. It was another simple background check.

I applied online and then got the email in the next day to scheduled the interview time. It is a phone interview due to I am not in the NY. After interview, they ask me for submitting some writing sample for final decision.
