quick and easy. took 2-3 interviews but didnt get an offer for about 3 months or so. easy, basic, fast interview overall. I dont have anymore words to type it was just easy
Easy and straightforward. Asks u about brand knowledge. Focuses a lot on story telling. Mainly questions about customer service, teamwork, and your own passion for fragrance. Mostly one on one interviews. Not too hard to pass

Selfridges online assessments- group interview task, and 1-1 interview with the department manager. Then invite back for an interview with the concession manager- pretty basic and informal. Heard back within 3 days.
