I walked into the store to tell them that I was interested in the position. They told me to go back and apply online, which I did. So I went back and filled out the lengthy online application they have. After I filled it out, within a few days I got a call from the manager to ask me to go in for an interview.

very simple enjoyed the process, the hiring manger made me feel comfortable. the questions were relatable, and the manager offered lunch after the questions were asked. I feel like the process could do a little bit better on asking tougher questions. but I understand that for my position there has to be a range.
